2.     Read (watch the youtube video) When Sophie gets Angry - Really, Really Angry...  Reflect and answer the following questions:

How does Sophie regulate her emotions in the story?  

Think about a time you observed a child who was not in a state of regulation.  What are some things the child did or the caregiver did to help the child regulate their emotions? Where any of the methods used part of the strategies included in Module 3?
