Miranda Law

Using the jurisdiction that you have chosen in Module 1, discuss in a 2- to 3-page paper how this jurisdiction administers the Miranda rights to detainees. For example, are they read their rights before or after cuffing? What are the wrong ways to administer the Miranda rights? What if someone does not understand the rights? Etc.

If you would like to switch your jurisdiction, you may do so, but please explain why.

· Use reliable and credible sources as your references. Articles published in professional journals/magazines are preferred. If you use the internet to find articles, make sure the sources are credible. No Wikipedia, encyclopedias, or other questionable sources.

· Reference your sources of information with both a bibliography and in-text citations.
