With the increasing advancement in technology and ease of access to the internet, the topic aims to explore how excessive use of digital technologies, such as the internet, smartphones, and social media, can result in negative psychological outcomes, including poor sleep, depression, and anxiety. Today, technology is deeply integrated into every person's daily life, especially the younger generation making it an interesting topic to explore. In addition, various studies have associated technology addiction with mental health issues, therefore exploring this topic will help understand its impacts, providing relevant information to guide the development of prevention and interventions.
