Module 2 Assignment: Addressing the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act (GINA)

He tells her that his brother was battling cancer for many years, which was hereditary (i.e., the brother carried a predictive gene). A supervisor finds Brenda sobering in the bathroom and asks if she is okay. She mentions Eduardo's situation and the cause of death. The supervisor is now concerned for Eduardo's safety and health. The supervisor calls Eduardo into her office and asks Eduardo to take a genetic test. Eduardo refuses and files a formal complaint to human resources.
