As stated by Jancijevic 2013 organisational structure and organisational cultural both has a direct mutual impact, with a casual relation where both the components help in better performance of an organisation. Learning the mutual impact can help understand the comprehensive understanding of the behaviour of an organisation’s members. According to Jancijevic 2013 organisational culture has a cognitive and symbolic component to its content, where cognitive incorporates mutual assumptions, norms, beliefs, attitude that the members share and interpretative schemes, which allows them to perceive and interpret their surrounding world. Therefore, members in an organisation make decisions, take action in similar or predicable fashion. Whereas symbols are the visible component of organisational culture which manifest on the cognitive component. So, organisational culture influences all the process that takes place in an organisation and the performance. This mental map influences the managers and employees to set a particular leadership style, organisational learning and knowledge management and other aspects that connects individuals to organisation. On the other hand, organisational structure as a pattern of actions and interactions in which its members tend to undertake in order to achieve a common organisational goal, where this idea is created on a fundamental assumption of being purposeful. This purposefulness then acts as a rational instrument to those are in the top management level to direct the course of activities in the organisation to realise the objectives.

In my organisation we have a set of norms, beliefs, attitude that the members share and interpret they are as follows addressing profound human social, physical and spiritual needs, through direct support service, advocacy and encourage self-sufficiency, empowerment and community development. And in the structural side of my organisation in operational level there are 4 managers to design the job and its results in the organisation’s specialized level. In the managerial activities the board of directors and the CEO determines on who decides on what.
