Greetings,
Businesses decide whether to outsource their operations or keep them in the United States based on financial gain and cost-effectiveness. The lower wage costs for overseas workers are a major factor in many businesses' decisions to relocate operations outside of the United States. In the countries where these companies are relocating their operations, many of their employees are paid less than they would be in the United States. The wage disparity allows for the possibility of 24/7 customer service. In addition to lower wage costs, the cost of technology also decreases, increasing the revenue potential. Even though there are benefits for businesses that decide to relocate overseas, there are also risks to consider. The geographical distance reduces the business's operational control, making it difficult to oversee day-to-day operations in person.
Data security could be problematic, and the most damaging flaw could be customer dissatisfaction caused by language barriers in customer interactions. Language barriers could frustrate and mistrust consumers, causing them to look elsewhere for the same service. For all the money saved by the advantages, the disadvantage of consumers not purchasing the service or product would completely negate their anticipated profit.

Because of this week's reading, I now realize why businesses exist in many disadvantaged countries worldwide. They are prepared to spend less and produce fewer expenses. On the other hand, establishing a corporation internationally may include various growth issues that may inhibit the company's success. For example, if Americans visit Southeast Asian countries like Vietnam more frequently, vital data may be jeopardized. When there are technological impediments, sensitive information might be easily compromised. Americans must also develop cultural and linguistic awareness (Uzialko, 2021).
Communication problems might arise as a result of adaptation and skill. On the other hand, success is fostered by continually adjusting techniques from one nation to the next. First and first, community awareness is essential (Cultural Intelligence,2018). Various factors may contribute to customers having biases towards their own country. It is the company's responsibility to ensure that these stakeholders are effectively safeguarded. When customers contact people of different ethnicities, every mistake makes them unhappy with the service (Banton, 2020).

4)Nicholas Parker
Good morning class,
I am Nicholas S. Parker a senior NCO of the U.S Army and have had many different roles in my 11-year career. From the time I joined the Army to now I have been in the Air Defense Artillery Brach community as a 14Tango. During this time, I have had five rotations providing missile defense coverage. During those rotations I done everything from being an equipment operator, maintenance NCOIC, Team Leader, Squad Leader, Battery Trainer and a Platoon Sergeant. From a leadership role I have had the opportunity of ensuring the health and welfare, success and mentorship for anyway to 3 to 45 Soldiers at a time. While I am currently trying to finish my bachelor's degree, I have had the time to attend numerous military schools such as Senior Leadership Course, Advance Leadership Course, THHAD School, Patriot School, MRT, SHARP and EO School to name a few. In ADA units there are a lot of civilian contractors that work alongside use, so networking with them is very important. I found it interesting that "According to a PwC survey, as of June 2020, 77% of office workers were working remotely at least one day a week" because our civilian counter parts do not like working from home and would rather be working on equipment and enhancing its capability's. My end goal is to finish my 20 years and then through my network of friends I have made work for Raytheon or Lockheed Martin as a Team Lead to continue my contribution to the ADA community.

Good evening,
My name is Vanessa Eaton. I have been in the retail banking industry for 8 years, to include 6 years in the branch and now 2 years working remote. Prior to Covid-19, I held roles including Client Relationship Consultant and Assistant Branch Manager. In 2020, I had the opportunity to temporarily work from home in the Mortgage Collections department after they experienced an unexpected influx of new forbearance plans. When that project ended, I made the decision to move into the 24hour Call Center to remain working from home. While this felt as if it was a step backwards in my career, securing a permanent remote position allowed me to sell my home in Wyoming and relocate to Arizona. Shortly after the move, a manager with whom I had worked with in the Mortgage Department informed me of an opening on her team, and that is now the position I hold. I am currently attending Trident University through a scholarship program offered by my company and the University. In addition to my banking career, I have worked as a waitress for 10 years. My goal is to obtain a degree in Human Resource Management so that I can move back into a management position and no longer have the need for a second income. I have been interested in returning to college many times over the years and am grateful to have the opportunity to do so now.
