Module 1 Writing Assignment

Instructions for Assignments:  Write a well-developed 1-2 page essay to be graded on content, grammar, and documentation of sources on a work cited page if necessary.  Essay should be no less than 300 words in APA format.  Course assignments count for 20% of your course grade. All drop box assignments must be typed in Microsoft Word, double-spaced, 12-point font, Times New Roman.

Question:   The law consists of enforceable rules that govern relationships.  Explain the difference between civil law and criminal law as to how the rules are applied, the similarities and differences, and the consequences that may result when a rule is broken.
