Dag et al (2015) researched to analyze the balanced scorecard and review of their applications in the previous five research areas (Madsen & Stenheim, 2015). Their research highlighted a major area of accounting and management and how the practitioners are working. The purpose of the article was to provide an overview of the balanced scorecard research under five scorecard considerations such as conceptual evolution, critical perspectives, adoption and diffusion, implementation and use, and performance effects. The current trends and emerging issues were discussed in the research (Madsen & Stenheim, 2015).
The purpose of the research is focused on the growing importance of balanced scorecard performance system (Chavan, 2009). the research explores the issues faced by the organization in implementing the scorecard system and developing the process to explain the performance system. the research concludes that the balanced scorecard approach can be used for the substantial changes in the future. The organizations use it to access supporting information, viable organization, growing system and other considerations. The people of the organization are the main factors of success according to the balanced scorecard performance management system (Chavan, 2009). Chimtengo et al researched to evaluate the performance by using the Balanced Scorecard model. It was mainly based on the survey strategy, closed questionnaire, and work. according to the research, the performance measured for the college was mainly based on an output of performance measures. The benefits of using this are innovation, correlation to performance, and learning processes (Chimtengo, Mkandawire, & Hanif, 2017). Kopecka et al (2015) defined balanced scorecard implementation as an integrated technique to find the measurement of quality and outcomes (Kopecka, 2015). The research demonstrated that the effective solutions of the system provide the solutions to find the critical role of integrated approaches, operational procedures, cascading strategy, and other indicators of measurement (Kopecka, 2015).
As an IT manager, I will use a balanced scorecard for the maintenance of resources and applications.
