Enterprise Resource Planning can be defined as a method based on Computer technology that is associated with various functions such as inventory control, Accounting, and Human Resource Management. The function of interpreter sorts planning is to facilitate the Information sharing in the business leading hands and decision-makers of an enterprise. As an IT manager, it is my responsibility to consider all the web methods to improve functionality. The selection of the method depends upon the type of process and function (Soliman & Karia, 2015). I will use this method for the streamline, standardization, and integrated process operation. Some of the other activities that can be considered in this network are project management, risk management, procurement, supply chain operations. This allows for better performance and inventory management. It is important to consider the industry-specific ERP solution. For example, as an IT management team head in a manufacturing company main concern is to manage the raw materials with appropriate scheduling tools. The manufacturing plant requires ERP for scheduling application and management of raw material. There are two types of ERP implementation including cloud-based ERP and open-source ERP. For the manufacturing company, the cloud-based ERP system will be more suitable for resource planning systems. The resource planning systems will blend the cloud-based deployment and premises (Nawaz & Eshavalu, 2013). There are multiple advantages of using ERP software, some of the important advantages are listed below,

1.       The focused IT costs high investment and improve efficiency.

2.       Improved efficiency of the system

3.       Improved collaboration and workflow for better customer services

4.       ERP system increases efficiency and the productivity that is helpful for the users to navigate in the complex processes, improved functions, preventing data re-entry, and production delivery. The ERP system will enable them to provide reliable information. It will eliminate unnecessary operations of the data. The reduction of time and cost can cause litigation.
