Hi class, 

My name is Kiley and I studying Business living out in Reno, Nevada. The human resource function should be aligned with an organization's strategic plan because it helps find suitable people for particular jobs and training for them and treating all fairly so they can succeed and the company can succeed and their employees can feel comfortable and follow the rules and goals of the company well. Current global conditions in Maersk's industry impact human resource management practices within this organizations by facing rapid changes in their specific industry and having to implement ways to handle this change as well as hiring techniques for employees and training programs because they experienced a high employee turnover rate. This organization had to create a better environment for the employees.

Hello Class, 

My name is Brandon Armstrong and I am currently an active duty service member in the United States Navy. I am a hospital corpsman and if you have been keeping up with current events you know that today has been a tough day for my brothers in arms. Currently, I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in Business administration with a concentration in Human resources. 

A company’s human resource function should align with its strategic plan because doing so ensures employees are driven. It is like the old saying of “putting your money where your mouth is.” If employees felt as if the company’s strategic plan did not align with the human resource functions then we would feel expendable and a non-integral part of the company. Due to the rising of prices causing a growth in the company Maersk’s Industry had a shortage of well-trained workers. This caused the company to rethink its hiring practices to be able to hire more individuals.
