Burlap and Lace, LLC is a company that thrives on great customer service and quality products. Burlap and Lace, LLC is a business based in the United States and is a home décor superstore specializing in unique and custom made furniture and decorations for the home, office, cabin, or any other establishment. Since our company is located in the United States it is a domestic company. Our business is made up of approximately 50 employees and are growing. We have 20 factory workers who work on producing the products that we sell and also ship our products throughout all 50 states, 10 marketing individuals that work together to advertise our products and help with our sales, 10 sales individuals who are the face of our company and provide the highest customer service possible to maintain our business standards. We also have 5 individuals who work in our human resources department and oversee our employee relations aspect. Our final 5 people are our executive team, the CEO, President, VP, CFO and our Executive Assistant. Burlap and Lace, LLC is a newer company with only being in the market for 2 years. Since we are newer in the market it is important that our team provides our customers with what they want and what they need to be the best in the market and beat out our competitors. Our average income as a company is $800,000 and growing. We are also currently working on a second location due to the high demands our company currently has which will increase our revenue.

We recently received two complaints from our customers. The first was about our shipping speed. With all of the orders that are coming in our shipping speed has decreased and sometimes it can take weeks to get a product out when our service level agreement is one week. This is something that needs to be addressed companywide to see where the bottlenecks may be in the manufacturing piece of this and what we can do to fix this for our customers. The second complaint that we have received is the response time of customer service team in replying to inquiries or questions that are asked by our customers. This is something that needs to be addressed with our sales team.
