· Identify the company you have chosen to research for this course. Provide a brief description and explain why you chose the company.

· As you start to research the company, what do you think is key to successful leadership in the business? Use your experience in leadership coursework to inform your response.

Respond to at least two peers by sharing an experience about the company your colleagues selected. For example, share a trend that you have recently seen or are familiar with as you engaged in the company's products or services.
