Discussion Question: Please note this discussion post is worth 25 points. 

Sister Thomas Welder was the President of the University of Mary from 1978-2009.  Then she went on to  serve as the President Emerita. She was a Servant Leader to her core. Sister Thomas passed away on June 22, 2020. Her loss is significant to the many lives she influenced. The blessing is through her recordings we are still able to learn from her wisdom, compassion, and service. 

Please watch the video on servant leadership. I have also included the video our creative services team put together as a tribute to her. It is 4 minutes, and I promise, it will touch your heart and make a lasting impact.

After watching the servant leadership video (42:.40), what resonated with you? Offer your reflection for this weeks discussion post in a minimum of 3 paragraphs. In addition, find a scholarly peer reviewed journal article on Servant Leadership and use information from the article to support your post.
