Good afternoon, my name is (say your name) and today I will be discussing a scenario that has two outcomes, one is a positive outcome and the second is a negative outcome.
As you are presenting the power point presentation, you may choose to write speaker notes. Speaker notes will need to be fully developed, just as if you were writing an academic paper, so proper APA formatting is required. When information is supported by the relevant research conducted, in-text citations will need to be placed in the speaker notes. In-text citations will look like: (Author name, Date of publication) If you are quoting directly your in-text citations will follow: (Author name, date of publication, page or paragraph # where the quote was taken) for example: (Woods, 2025, p 5). Should you decide to use voice over on each slide the information (positive and negative) will still need to be supported. You may place the in-text citation on the slide in either the right or left bottom corner. If you have multiple items to support than you will want to place the in-text citation where applicable on the slide.
-When utilizing bullet points in a ppt presentation:
Follow the 6×6 rule.
Limit each slide to six bullet points, each consisting of six words, to ensure message clarity and prevent clutter.

Here you can introduce yourself, your topic, and what you will be discussing. Your speaker notes can be typed out here, OR you can place voice over on each slide. Please note that if you choose to type out your speaker notes, it is the same as writing an academic paper, so proper APA formatting rules still apply.
