· Responsible for key performance metrics such as fulfillment rate of roadmap, on-time delivery of new product, new product and new supplier sourcing.

· Work with marketing and sales team to develop product roadmaps. Source qualified new products and new vendors to fulfill company’s roadmaps.

· Owns new product development schedule. Strong project management skills, excellent communication, and coordination capabilities.

· Resourceful in finding new products and new suppliers in different countries. Experienced in new vendor and product qualification.

· Familiar with US major retailers’ factory audits requirements and on-board process.

· Familiar with product safety, energy consumption and other regulatory standards. Experienced in working with 3rd party labs and suppliers on product compliancy.

Supply Chain Management:

· Maintain good supplier relationships. Constantly working with suppliers to improve their performances.

· Experienced in Vendor Score Cards management. Prepare VSC in quarterly basis. Conduct efficient QBR meeting with suppliers for supply chain optimization.

· Managing open POs and inbound shipment schedules for on-time deliveries.

· Create SOPs for new programs or process and roll out to suppliers.

· Outstanding negotiation skills. Constantly improving company’s buying costs, terms and conditions with suppliers.

· Solid experiences in executing supply chain diversification plans.

Product Compliancy and Supports:

· Work with third party to establish product inspection criteria, review and publish pre-shipment reports and advise correction plan for quality assurance

· Responsible of new SKU process, such as UPC generation, collect and verify all data sheets and test reports. Create and maintain product library.

· Ensure all products are registered and published in compliant with consumer product standard across national organizations, such as DoE, CEC, as well as safety control standard by ETL or UL

· Provide product information and knowledge as well as in assistance to customer service team, ensure deltas and gaps are clearly communicated and bridged.

· Ensure all products are in comply with the latest regulatory and standards.
