Responsibilities
· Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets.
· Enable a best in class customer experience.
· Recruit, hire, train, schedule, coach and performance manage Sales Technicians.
· Manage inventory. Receive and order parts and products efficiently and effectively and perform accurate inventory counts.
· Be the face to the community in the area your store operates in. Develop referral relationships and top of the mind awareness for MK in the phone repair business.
· Manage Revenue and expense budgets to deliver bottom line performance.
· Manage executional excellence in the diagnosis, repair and testing of Smartphones and Tablets and communication with the customer.
· Represent the Mobile Klinik Brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
· Primary point of Communication with Store Team. Communicate to all shifts and all people timely and effectively.
