While making a phone most of the time, I become conscious of people around me and that setting that I may find myself. I try to excuse myself when I am having a conversation with some so that I can be able to receive the phone call or even make the phone call. Anything that I become aware of is the kind of language, tone, and volume that I use while talking on the phone since if I am shouting, I may cause a distraction to other people around me. There are some places that usually I don't use my phone, either texting or receiving and making calls, such as when I am in class, I tend to switch it off to avoid distractions. I also become conscious while texting since when it test while talking to it, I will be seen as a sign of disrespect or not being interested in the conversation.

My habit has changed over time while making phone and receiving phone it ends to introduce my sell to people that have maybe lacking my contact when they make phone calls to me. At the same time, I prefer using polite language when addressing someone on the phone. While texting, I tend to ensure that I counter to check my spelling at the same time to ensure that the message is clear and understandable. Also, an important aspect is that I ensure that i confirm the number to avoid sending the message to the wrong number. The kind of language that I use to communicate needs to be accepted.

I tend to avoid taking on the phone when I am in public places due to several reasons such as lack of privacy, also avoiding unnecessary attention from the people around me. Also, it helps me prevent causing a distraction to the people around me, especially in the lecture hall. Avoiding speaking or using the phone while in public plays an important role in helping to focus and understand the people that are addressing or talking to me at the same time, avoiding making a person lose interest while they are talking to me. The distinction that I make regarding how my friend makes about the pro etiquette during different situations. First, when the phone ensures, it is important to excuse me while checking who since by looking at the number of the individual making the phone call, you can determine the issue the person is talking about.

For Example, my boss usually doesn't make many phone calls to me unless there is an issue that he needs clarification or maybe inquiring about something. Therefore, when he calls when I am in public, I will excuse myself to receive the call and inquire what he wants. While if it is my friend that is calling me, I would rather wait for the meeting to end than make a follow-up call to enquire what they want. Othe the other hand, I usually receive a strange number when called by any of them since I engage myself in sales of different brands produced by our organization, and most of the time, I usually perceive that the strange number might be from my future customer call to inquire about the product that is selling (Crystal).

Therefore, I need to be polite while addressing them. Individuals who violet the principles are always current so that they won't feel offended so that next time can be able to excuse themself when they are in public place ar switch off their phone to avoid causing any form of distraction while they are in a public place.
