The first line of each paragraph is indented ½ inch. (Yes)

Specific Title Page Directions

Information at the bottom right of paper includes your name, instructor’s name, course name, and date. You do this on a Separate Title Page. Please follow the specific directions I gave you on your Format Sheet to properly complete this part of your Book Review Assignment.

Title of book and author(s) name(s) should be in the center of your title page. Also as part of your Separate Title Page format.
