Introduction and the implementation of technology and the aging population remains an ongoing issue that can affect the patient experience and hamper patient outcomes. With the use of our Electronic Health Record (EHR), (name of company and product), that enables the individual to access their EHR from a mobile device, with a finger print login and a voice recognition system, the EHR becomes increasingly user friendly and manageable for this population. (Name of the product and company) will enable participants to review test results, schedule appointments, review medications and request refills along with scheduling and cancelling appointments, requesting information and advice without long telephone wait times and the turn around time for providers to call back. The strategic marketing plan is to discover the current marketing situation, promote the product, review the benefits, acknowledge the competitors, review strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, while promoting benefits and providing software that is user friendly for the aging population and the necessity of reaching this vulnerable group of individuals. The strategy will include goals anticipated and researched for the first few years and readdressing the issues that may arise. In conclusion, we anticipate positive outcomes from this program with additional added benefits that promote a healthier, connected and contented community.
