· Bakers Electric had flatten CIO structure, when went in he moved it into a more centralized form,

· Always want to strive to be the best, want to be the best in your discipline, be the best at your skills

· Also want to be good at all the other business skills ex project management skills, time management

· Find out the most about your company how it works end to end and what can you do to make it better

· Finally find out the most about your industry what is going on in it and how your company correlates allows you too see what is next or what it is in your companies future.

· Low margin company she works for Architecture/Engineering/Constructions, using profit margin is around 10% so little money for IT department.

· Her company has really been focusing on safety relatable to my work for people in my work

· How important do you think technology is in an engineering/construction firm? Relatable to my construction work.

Insuring people is way more expensive then insuring technology or machinery that is used to replace them. Answer for question is on phone on picture.
