As part of the Internship course, the assessment 3 aims to recommend a new project/information system/product/service for the organization. Furthermore, you need to specify the requirements, identify stakeholders, and provide a demo of the expected outcome. Finally, you have to discuss some of the security ethical considerations related to the project/information system/product/service.

Your assessment should be written in a narrative way and not in a form of questions and answers. Report should be between 2000 - 4000 words .

Required assessment sections:

I. Introduction (5%): this introduction needs to explain briefly (3-4 sentences) what your assessment is all about. In other words, this introduction represents a brief summary of the assessment.

II. New project/information system/product/service proposal (15%) : Based on the company assessment and best practices, you have to recommend new project/product/service that aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Explain the purpose of your proposal and how it will improve the organization performance.

III. Stakeholder identification (15%) : Identify at least five stakeholders, both internal (e.g., employees, managers, the board of directors, investors) and external (e.g., consumers, regulators, investors, suppliers). Explain how each of the stakeholder may affect or be affected by the proposed project/information system/product/service.

IV. Functional and Non-Functional requirements (25%): Here you have to identify and briefly describe five functional requirements and non-functional requirements for the project/information system/product/service.

V. Project outcome/information system/product/service demo (20%): You have to u utilize modeling tools to demonstrate the project outcome/information system/product/services.

VI. Security and Ethical Considerations (10%): You have to discuss some of the security ethical considerations related to the project/information system/product/service, such as Informed consent, voluntary participation, do no harm, confidentiality, anonymity.

VII. Bibliography and references (5%)

General Notes and formatting (5%) : Don’t forget to include an automatically generated table of content to your assessment. If you are using citations, don’t forget to use the APA style when referencing.
