Undergraduate Instructions

Submit a final 8–10-page Ministry/Non-profit Plan for the selected project incorporating your Vision Statement and  Leadership Development Strategy  assignments from earlier in the course.  The plan should include:

· Vision Statement  (what will be the informing DNA of your project)

· Mission

· Vision

· Values

· Needs Met by Vision Statement  (what justifies the need for the project)

· Annual Objectives and Strategies  (how will you reach your objectives)

· Quarterly Priorities

· SMART Goals  (what are your goals for each strategy)

· Staff and Resource Needs

· Leadership Development Strategy   (what are your personnel needs)

· Implementation Plan  (what are the considerations for the project)

· Communication Plan  (how will it be communicated)

· Timeline of Activities  (what and when will each activity happen)

· Resources Needed  (what additional resources are needed for success)

· Possible Roadblocks  (how you will overcome them)

· Staff Responsibilities in Implementation  (who will be responsible)
