Overview

We will provide information about CBA company to obtain contract with XYZ organization to make a

website for CDE organization.

Introduction

With COVID-19 keeping most people at their homes and making them want to order everything online, the

best way to do it would be through a website of some kind. Our CBA company would make a website for

XYZ organization and update it a year after it’s complete. We would gather information from their

organization’s products and use them to make a website for helping people who want to buy their products

from their homes on their computer devices.

“Nowadays, the internet is the most widely used and an effective tool for firms/organizations to reach their

customers by their websites” (Cebi 1030), meaning that with everyone having some form of access to the

internet, people can use websites to order anything they want. Websites can target a wide audience as

seen with sites like Amazon and Ebay. We would help make a website that could rival these corporations by

having lower price deals and even having an app made available to get on the website easier. We want to

make a website that would benefit the XYZ organization greatly.

When making a quality website, it need to be “clean, well-organized, easy to navigate, clear/concise,

modern (in terms of style and layout), functional, branded, and motivates the visitor to do business with

you” (The Importance of a Quality Website). We would also have the information of XYZ such as operation

hours, contact info, and location easy to find. This would make the site as professional as it can be.

Therefore, our company CBA wants to make a website for XYZ to help them adapt to modern times and

greatly succeed as a company.

Objectives

 provide XYZ organization with CBA’s nonprofit website making experience

 provide references to XYZ organization

 create website for XYZ organization

Scope

Provide XYZ organization with product report and recommendations for creating website.

Experience

CBA company has worked with companies such as Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo on their own websites to

make add their upcoming products and update sales. CBA can work on any type of website whether it’s

gaming, programs, or other types of electronic media. As for the CBA company itself the owners of the

business have the experience as follows:

 Taylor Farnsworth, Stevenson graduate with master’s degree in software design for computer

information systems. He is an Eagle Scout. He has led CBA company for the past 20 years. He has

had no problem working with other companies’ websites. He oversees the purchase of all

necessary equipment and overall budget to make sure it never goes over.

 Matthew Farnsworth, University of Massachusetts graduate with a master’s degree in networking.

He is also an Eagle Scout. He has led the CBA company for the past 15 years. He has created

numerous programs for both CBA and all the companies we’ve worked with before joining CBA.
