Dr. Eric Straw

In regards to the professionalism that was first seen as an obstacle by Tonya, he hasn’t attempted to work in a unified ecosystem. He looked a way forward to understand the difference between these two terms; professionalism and professional because he was working on a corporate environment. Specifically, he found out that professionalism has five basic principles. One of the most important principles focusses through manners and personal appearance in the working places, Tonya blame Josh wearing polo and jeans in the job.

The second obstacle that Tonya identified were in the unified culture. The ideas and innovation brought about by Josh in social computing utilization that contributed to its advantage on the organization. The company was impressed with Glow-food work done using multimedia as well as social networking. The regulation and culture of the company did not allow easy access to social media services such as Facebook, (Serrat, 2017). The marketing strategy plan was supported by uses of social media and social networking that was very impressive work in marketing company products. Unluckily, easy access to social networking that consisted of social media like Twitter and LinkedIn was not allowed by a unified culture. The company lacks more information about the use of IT in involvement by employees that would lead to better services in delivery.

Lack of technological budget to give evidence on profits and the cost of the project was identified by Tonya on how it should be practiced as a third obstacle, (Rudin, 2016). There is negativity in operation of an organization in the normal procedure as mentioned by Rick Visser, who is charge with privacy and securities of risk management and architecture.

Customer direct connection recognized by Josh and his team under the three-point plan relies on social networking through the use of internet marketing chatting platform. Through his innovation about marketing approach on the use of social media, (Bain & Kleinknecht, 2016). After some time, he requested a permit for his team to access social networks sites on the internet to view customer opinions on their products that they market in an online platform. After then, many customers interact through social sites like Facebook and many more.

Through different communities as the second idea, the use of newsletter and blogs reach different communities where customers shared with others on the effective benefit of products. Interest on payment was made to customers to encourage them to purchase more products through the use of social media inform of coupon bringing different communities together, (West & Anderson, 2016).

Finally, the creation of phone application for business where customers would make their purchases like a cloud base application, (Barrett, et al., 2015). This could be a better idea where consumers will be able to identify the closest store to buy the products only through phone application software — in conclusion, hiring Josh by IFG though his innovation and ideas was a right direct decision since different communities were brought together through one platform of social marketing through social media. His ideas increase the marketing base. Therefore, more products got purchased through online social media marketing strategy.
