How does having a growth mindset affect students?

When having a growth mindset, you will always believe that there is room to grow. You will not be comfortable and complacent. With a growth mindset, you are always wanting to become better. It helps students know that they are not stuck and that they can achieve any goal they want. I believe that having that growth mindset gives students motivation to want to do better and be better.
