The mindfulness training works for anxiety, but not for depression. Although, the participants were low in depression to begin with. Also, most people didn’t complete the whole program.

They suggested a higher cutoff for screening participants for the depression results. Because a lot of older people dropped out due to not knowing how to work the online system, it might be best to do face to face.
