Portfolio Milestone 2: Developing Teamwork and Internal Quality

For the growth and development of an organization to be achieved, team work and internal quality should be developed. These strategies can therefore help in ensuring that the sharing of ideas is carried out in the best way possible. When the team work strategy is used, the employees in an organization collaborate therefore ensuring that the production rates as well as the performance of the organization are improved. For the team work and internal quality to be achieved, the employees should be taken for benchmaking in different successful organization. This will ensure that different ideas are shared hence contributing to the success of the organization. (Axon, 2019)

Moreover, the teams should be motivated for the purposes of ensuring that their morale is improved in the best way possible. The motivation of the team will play significant in ensuring that the goals and the objectives of an organization are achieved. The better understanding of the standards the international human resource management functions should be facilitated for the purposes of ensuring that the objectives of the company are achieved.

The development of teamwork helps in ensuring that the quality of the products produced in an organization is improved. This helps in attracting a large number of customers therefore facilitating the sustainability of the business. On the other hand, an atmosphere of friendship and loyalty is created in an organization therefore making it easy for the customers to be provided with quality goods and services. The friendship in an organization motivates the employees hence ensuring that they work towards bringing about the growth and the development of the organization. To conclude, the collaboration of the employees in an organization enables them to support each other in the activities they carry out. (Norris, 2019)
