Overview

In this course, you have explored the elements of a market profile, including cultural, poli�cal, and economic aspects, and looked at the legal and regulatory market considera�ons. In this milestone, you will complete the

next part of your course project by crea�ng a market profile for your chosen country and crea�ng legal and regulatory considera�ons.

Scenario

You are a business analyst working at a small, domes�c organiza�on that produces high‐quality cell phone cases. Your organiza�on has begun to see its sales fla�en in the domes�c market. While the organiza�on is not

losing money, leadership would like to explore op�ons to con�nue to grow. One op�on that leadership has no�ced compe�tors a�emp�ng is entering interna�onal markets.

You have been asked to examine the benefits, drawbacks, and key considera�ons for your organiza�on to enter one of the global markets below, and summarize your findings in a business brief for leadership.
