You did a great job discussing resources for one population/demographic; make sure this section is an overall assessment of local, regional, and national resources within the community that support different demographic groups that exist within the community. For your final paper make sure to include the specific social determinants of health met within each resource, how influences among local and regional resources differ, and healthcare policy influence.

You have a nice start to this section; again try not to focus on one specific health status concern but instead address community strengths and weaknesses overall and how these aspects may influence implementation of a community health strategy

Great job addressing areas of opportunity to support community health; try to be more concise and elaborate into how these interventions would address specific health concerns within this community and improve health status (support with evidence and data) 

Potential Barriers

Great job discussing barriers that impact access to care such as poverty; make sure to support this information with data from your community assessment to show these barriers are evident within this specific community (some additional ideas are transportation, funding, cultural competence/diversity needs, language barriers...ect)
