Interpreting the Proportions chart - look at the "All combined" category - the more different the other Age Group categories look from this the more likely the Chi Square test will detect a difference. Within each Age Group category the Country values add up to 1 i.e. 100%. This is not the same way of displaying data as a clustered bar chart although the similarity can be confusing.
