You will be reading about the different forms of discrimination, and the role of human resource specialists. The objective for this week is to evaluate the legal issues that affect compensation. Assignment:
Post a cohesive response based on your analysis of the Learning Resources and your professional experience. Be sure to discuss the following:
1. List and explain the five kinds of assets or capital that organizations can leverage to add value to operations.
2. Diversity has become one of the biggest challenges within the workforce due to demographics change. Explain ways in which organizations can promote and improve diversity within the workforce.
