MID TERM LD 6552

All organizations will have a unique corporate strategy. For the Mid-Term Presentation, you will evaluate two companies of your choice that are in the same industry. You will analyze their corporate strategies and compare/contrast their strategies. You will discuss how each firm decided to implement its strategy. In addition, you will examine their organizational design and how the design contributes to organizational effectiveness and provides motivation to the employees. You will present the information in a PowerPoint presentation. Your presentation should be 15-20 slides (not including title and reference slides) and include speaker notes.
