For your Midterm Paper, write a complete critique of the painting displayed below. Be sure to include a complete Description, Analysis, and Interpretation as demonstrated in the Sample Critique of the Bingham painting. Earn extra points by including vocabulary you have learned so far from your textbook readings.

REMEMBER- A critique is NOT a research paper! You are not expected to investigate or study any background information about the artwork or the artist. In a critique, carefully observe the artwork YOU see, analyze the work as YOU see it, and offer YOUR OWN personal interpretation explaining the meaning and feelings you derive from the artwork.
