Mid-Term Project
Activities Format
Each write-up for an activity should include the following:
1. Name of the activity:
2. Source of the activity (either original or give the resource—book,
web site, person’s name, etc.):
3. Subject or focus area (math, science, language arts, social studies,
health):
4. Age group for which this would be an appropriate activity:
5. Purpose of the activity. Fully explain how this activity promotes
good nutrition.
6. Explain how to do the activity. List all materials or equipment
needed:
7. Write a brief paragraph about where you think this particular
activity would fit within a curriculum. What unit might you be working on
or what might be the overall plan of study? Where would you include this
activity within that unit? Answer all three parts of this question!
