Case Description

Clubhouse[footnoteRef:1] is an invitation-only audio-chat app, which is only available in iPhone currently. Elon Musk, Bill Gates, and Mark Zuckerberg have all recently talked in Clubhouse. Users now can listen to conversations, interviews, and discussions and even talk to these big names directly. Facebook is now building an audio-chat application[footnoteRef:2], which is similar to Clubhouse. Assume that you are part of the Facebook team and is building this application. The team decides to investigate the main features of Clubhouse by watching YouTube videos and searching website information. To speed up the development process, the team will use an agile approach to develop a prototype to present partial features in a week.
