1. Reflect on what you have learn on the trip (trip in Brazil Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo)

I attached the trip itinerary, the whole idea about this trip is to visit different company, and see how these company work in sustainability. Company visited: ENGIE brazil, Cisco, Natura, institute Ayrton Senna, BASF/ Casa E, Civi-Co.

Given all idea around what you can do in the future, not in basic side go deeper, what you do can make life better, make others can benefit from it. And how can do best to be modern management.

2. Principles of Modern Management: What did you learn about them with the organizations we visited?

The company I impressive is Natura, Cisco, and BASF/CASE E. my favorite is Natura’s factor which is really beautiful and environmental protection, and their employee benefit, which is employees can have their children who is 3 month – 3 years old take to where the work, and there has professional person to take care them, then employees can work.

And the technology from Cisco is impressive. Wireless video and for meeting..

Basf/Case E I like how they design their office, the color use and their idea.

Whole thing centre on sustainability.…

3. Possibilities you can see creating for yourself as being part of Modern Management.
