Apply the nursing process and develop a plan of care for an individual with a mental disorder of your choice from this quarter (Personality Disorders, depression, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD)

Will be turned in to a paper type format with the following sections:

1. Briefly describe your disorder in 1-2 paragraphs

2. Describe assessment criteria

a. Depression Ex: PHQ-9, mini mental exam, what else may you see?

3. Formulate three priority nursing diagnoses

4. Propose realistic goals (3) for patient

5. Describe six evidenced based nursing interventions (2 interventions per goal) for patient

6. Locate and discuss (4-5 sentences) one peer reviewed journal article describing nursing care for that disorder

7. Discuss community resources you would provide this individual with upon discharge (you must be specific instead of general such as listing psychiatry, therapy, support groups, etc.. research your area)
