SWOT analysis is very significant to any Health Care organization to ensure that it continues to attract and retain potential clients. Venturing into healthcare industry requires a lot of patience and being able to have competent employees at all levels of the department. Marketing department often is under a lot of pressure to ensure the company establishes continuous growth (Cresswell & Sheikh, 2013).
Strength analysis has enabled the company to formulate strategic marketing goals for the organization. Understanding the organization`s overall positive attributes have enabled the organization to utilize the available resources to the maximum. The company can make predictions for the target market and effectively understand the health care needs of the clients.
Question 2
External and internal environmental analysis is very important to the organization since it gives insights to the organization on how best it can manage its resources to maximize profit. There is no successful business without potential clients. the organization`s long-term success is impacted by how effectively it can satisfy customers. By focusing on the company`s strengths and weakness, the company can analyze how best they are able to venture into the market. The internal analysis focuses mostly on the manpower and how competent is the marketing team is to expand the company`s market (Toussaint & Berry 2013). There must be a lot of creativity and innovation to be able to appeal to clients instantly.
In addition, the organization will be able to easily identify the various opportunities and threats in the market. This therefore effectively contributes to the overall success of the organizational objectives. The organization will be able to effectively understand market diversity hence resort to strategic marketing plan to gain competitive advantage.
