A non-profit healthcare organization can therefore accept patient who might not be in a position to fully pay their debts (Verulava, Jorbenadze & Dangadze, 2018).

Based on the analysis of Warren’s Healthcare, it is evident that the healthcare facility is providing a much needed service to the residents of Texas. The non-profit business model that the organization has adopted implies that it is capable of providing these services notwithstanding its overall profitability position. However, the organization should ensure that it is able to keep providing these services well into the foreseeable future through proper market positioning and targeting. Such an initiative will enable Warren’s Health and Wellness Centre attract a huge number of paying customers thus making it possible for the organization to continue its operations notwithstanding its profitability status.
