Financial and Ethical Impact Analysis T-Chart

Complete the T-chart template. Analyze each of the following factors:

· Organizational structure and culture

· Current marketing strategies

· Current financial status

· Competitive differentiation

· Current target market

· Porter’s Value Chain

First, determine if each factor has an impact on the financial or ethical aspect of your plan and place it in the appropriate column in the table.

Then, respond to the following prompts in approximately 90-175 words for each factor in your chart:

· Define the factor for the organization.

· Determine if the factor has an impact on the financial or ethical aspect of the marketing plan.

· Analyze the impact and the expected results.

· Provide an example for each factor and alignment to the impact.

Cite at least 1 reputable reference to support your assignment (e.g., trade or industry publications, government or agency sites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality).

An example has been provided in the first column.

Financial

Ethical

Regulatory – Rules established by the state or federal government that you must abide by.

This is a financial impact because a change in regulation could change, modify, or add a product or service you could offer in your organization. This could cause additional cost to bring your organization up to the new regulation or allow for more revenue due to more options.

An example is a drug negotiation at the federal level as this could lead to changes in the prescription formularies, distribution, and access for patients and facilities.
