Students will develop: 1) a research question related to a current global issue or trend facing managers across international jurisdictions and; 2) write 5 review summaries [200-300 words each] on research-based academic journal articles outlining their relevance to the issue, nature of the research (sample, methods, analysis) and key findings and implications for managers. Here are some examples of research questions:

• What are the common challenges that MNEs face in forming and managing Joint Ventures with State Owned Enterprises in China? • What are the key factors that companies should consider in choosing between Greenfield and Brownfield Investments? • How to create an effective cross-cultural training program for Australian expatriates? • How to become an effective leader in a high-power distance culture? You should develop your own research question. Your research question should be different from those of the other students.
