After the thorough analysis of strategies of the company, it is analysed that the company lacks in marketing strategy. Still, traditional modes of marketing are followed while the marketing trends are changed now and it is replaced by social media and content marketing. This company is not focusing on it due to which they face problems.

Consequences

The consequences of this problem are drastic for the company as there is an immense drop in sales of the company. The turnover of customers is not as high as it is anticipated by the company.
