Considering our performance with the potential risk of shifting consumer preferences, Team Baldwin thoroughly discussed how we can further increase sales responsibly while maintaining our strategy of controlling costs and paying down debt.

R&D- Incremental product improvements to keep product Baker competitive primarily in the Low Tech market, but also mildly competitive in the High Tech market

Marketing- Maintained price, with increases in sales budget and forecast

Production- increased production to 1,900 units to meet the demand gap experienced in previous rounds, while upgrading capacity and automation to grow production without increasing costs

Finance- Paid out an upsized dividend to reflect successful previous year performance, further paid down debt to improve long term financial position

Summary of your own responsibilities in this round, and how you contributed to the analysis and decision making.

Prior too our meeting on Tuesday, I reviewed our results and impact versus our other team. We met all expectation for week 4, but I expressed my concerns around not having a new Low-tech sensor in R&D. We worked as a team to continue to reduce operations cost by automating our production and in turn improves our profit margins. We reviewed our overall sensors sold and as our counterparts found once again have sold out of the sensors prior to the year ending. I also reviewed future forecasts on the annual reports for the remaining years and found we are on pace to meet our goal, but without more than one sensor being developed I once again express concerns.
