Discuss last round performance. Spoke about running out of product – when – missed opportunity.

Decisions:

R & D – Increased performance, decreased size,

lowered reliability.

Marketing – Price – no change, Promo & Sales –

Increased slightly for visibility and accessibility.

Increased forecast by 100.

Production – Capacity up by 200 – need to plan for

Future market demand. Automation increase by

1 – increase of efficiency to remain cost

competitive.

Finance – Retire $2000 in bonds. Dividend – slight

Increase from previous year. Goal to retire debt

As quickly as possible while sustaining working

Capital. Continue to use money to invest in

capacity & efficiency.

My Largest roll during this round was to focus again on the overall Scoring and ensuring we are on target to meet our targeted results. One area I bought to the table was to the reinforce the Simulation and annual reports for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, reviewed TeamAndrew’s results and provided feedback on our need action.
