During our coordinated team effort executed via Skype call, Connie targeted areas to control costs, Jimmy focused on checking changes in contribution margin and stock price, and Taylor kept track of decisions against customer buying criteria and ending cash position as Connie carefully calibrated each factor of Finance, R&D, Marketing, and Production. The going theme of our call was producing sustainable performance with a strong focus on keeping costs low, meeting market demand, and putting the company in a position with multiple options to achieve better results in the coming years.

During our meeting, I focused on our targeted goals of meeting which is to meet or achieve Sales, Profit, Stock Price, Contribution Margin and Emergency Loan. We reviewed our automation and the decrease long-term debt to improve our future earnings. We also reviewed our production and forecast levels to ensure our demand was being meet but ensure our stock levels was correct. One key part was after the decision on Tuesday to upload we did not review the performance report which indicated our team will miss profit and CM. I called Connie on Sunday and adjustment was made to ensure our performance was met.
