Brief thoughts on the Capsim Platform:

The Capsim platform is the first time I have been exposed to this level of training. I believe this will expand my learning and improve my knowledge of running an operation.

The individual training was confusing for the first few modules and then I realized what is being asked.

Brief summary of your overall experience this week:

I look forward to this level of learning, but I believe I will struggle with virtual meetings since it will be impossible to have a face to face meeting.
