MGT 4399: Quality Management
Module 3 Case Study Assignment: Project Stakeholders and the Role of the Project Team
Guidelines and Rubric Before starting a process improvement project, it's important to understand Six Sigma team roles and how best to manage stakeholder relationships or engagement. Without an understanding of roles and responsibilities along with ongoing stakeholder engagement, project chaos will likely ensue. For this assignment, you will refer back to the Case Study: Applying Lean Six Sigma in a Financial Services Firm, on pages 56-59 in An Introduction to Six Sigma & Process Improvement and identify the project stakeholders and the role of the project team. Specifically, be sure to address the following to complete this assignment:
● Identify the internal and external project stakeholders and their associated CTQs (critical-to-quality) criteria ● Provide specific examples of how the project team may address several of the identified stakeholder CTQs
Guidelines for Submission: Your assignment should be submitted as a Microsoft Word document, about three paragraphs in length, with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, 1-inch margins, and any sources cited in APA format.
