Mark Your Calendars Activity Overview: This activity will help you examine the alignment of the values you claim and the way you spend your time. It’s an alignment reality check. This activity can be repeated often and is a good source for personal reflection.

Step 4: Track everything you do on a calendar for 3 days. Include all activities, especially the ones you tend to overlook, like playing games on your favorite device, time watching movies or TV, time on social media—all of it! See the sample template for creating a work-day calendar, and use it or create your own way to track your activities. Note you will upload or link to your calendar along with this worksheet to complete your submission for this assignment at the end of the module. Step 5: At the end of the 3 days, review the top three values you chose in the Values Spotlight activity above and think about how well your actions and time spent align with those values. Step 6: In the box below, identify one thing you did during the 3 days that aligned well with your values.

Step 7: In the box below, identify one thing you did during the 3 days that does not align with your values.

Step 8: In the box below, identify one thing you can do in the next week that will align well with one of your values. For example, if you chose health as a value, you might plan to build exercise into your schedule.
