Overview: Now that you have been working in a team setting for the past four weeks, it is time to take the knowledge you have gained from this module and apply it to your own team. This activity provides an opportunity for you to apply what you have learned from this module’s lesson as you consider the importance of team dynamics such as individual characteristics, diversity, processes, and forms of communication. Some of these topics are beyond your control, since you were placed in a group rather than self-selecting your group members, but it can be a learning experience for you to reflect on and consider for future teams. Directions: To complete this assignment, you will think about your team, the norms you created as a team, and the meetings held so far and then address the following critical elements in a one-page paper:

1. Describe your team in terms of its diversity 2. Assess the advantages and disadvantages of increasing your team’s diversity and the impact it would have on achieving team goals 3. Recommend ways to manage some of the disadvantages so that your team can capitalize on the potential advantages 4. Evaluate whether any of the team norms played an integral role in the team’s effectiveness 5. Identify norms that have surfaced but were not addressed in your team norms agreement in Module 1

Guidelines for Submission:​ Your assignment must be submitted as a Microsoft Word document, two pages in length, with double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman type, 1-inch margins, and any resources cited in APA format.
