We must ask someone (this will be the follower) that we know who has achieved prominence in the workplace to name a short list of political and business leaders who have inspired them and who they seek to model their own leadership on.

· We must find out as much as possible about the life, achievements, and legacy of the leader and write a short report on the inspirational impact this person has had on the selected follower.

· We must write a report evaluating the extent to which the theories discussed in class helped critically appreciate the leader’s leadership.`

· We must interview the follower about the influence this leader has had on their own leadership and write up the transcript of this interview.

· We must interpret and comment on this transcript identifying the insights it provides into the leader, the follower and the nature of leadership

So basically, we are supposed to interview someone who works at a company, you can make up his name and the name of the company and his position, no worries about that.

Then we must find out who this guy considered his leaders are, like they can be famous successful business men. So, we must talk more on this, the leader, why did this guy choose this leader specifically, how did he affect his life, include some leadership theories from your researches.

Moreover, you should include scripts in the paper, as if we interviewed him. Such as:

“Why did you choose this guy as your leader?”

The follower replies: “I have always considered this guy as a successful individual from the leadership skills he adopts.”

(this is an example to show how to include scripts, because the professor needs to know what we asked him in the interview)
